Positive: Lots of room and very clean.
Negative: Noisy in the evenings, needed earplugs to sleep as the light rail is just outside.

Positive:

Steph was very helpful and responsive. However the plumbing needed attention and the apartment would benefit from a more thorough cleaner. The road outside only had light rail (and pleasant buskers) but at night the light rail made a resonance in the building that disrupted the sleep of one of the guests.
