Not worth the money Positive: Location was great. Negative: Town house needs some love. Shower curtain is mouldy, rusty waste bin, carpets dusty, no tv remote even though there was a review mid july to state the same thing. Host took forever to get back to messages. Also had a window fall from its frame during our stay.

INCREDIBY BAD PROPERTY PRESENTATION Positive: Location great. Negative: Everything about this property except the location was way below satisfactory. I would recommend that booking.com NOT list this property! Upon arrival, there was an extremely strong chemical odor of exterior oil-based paint, which permeated the entire home. It seems to be stemming from updates to the exterior. All four of us had a poor night's sleep because of the smell. One of our party moved out into a hotel. The level of cleanliness was extremely poor. The carpeting and surfaces were were dusty, with dead insects on the floor of the kitchen. The bathroom floor was filthy, with hair on the shower walls, a sewer gas smell, and drain flies stuck to the walls. The shower curtain was yellowed and covered in mold and mildew. No face cloths were provided and only one hand towel. There was nowhere to place toiletries in the shower, nowhere to hang bath towels, and the glass door panels provide little privacy. The toilet paper holder is too close to the toilet, and you practically sit on it. The mattress in the front queen room is old and worn out, the foundation is exposed, and there is no headboard. None of the beds have mattress pads or pillow protectors to promote hygienic conditions. The loose upholstered cushions serving as headboards in the twin room are floppy, tacky, and dirty. The sofa bed was like a board, with a small lumpy pillow. The folding insect screen was inadequate and mosquitos entered. The front right burner of the kitchen stove does not work. The fridge is in the wrong orientation, with the door opening on the wall side. The stools are counter-height rather than bar height, making them unusable. There was only 1 pot with a lid, and 1 fry pan. There were 6 coffee pods for a party of 4 for 4 nights. No colander, no pot holders, 1 small tea towel, no exhaust fan (although it looked like it was yet to be installed) and inadequate lighting. The QR code on the laminated Welcome sign did not work, and the two websites listed don't exist.
