Quaint terrace house, The Rocks

Positive: Location Negative: Not enough provisions. No coffee or enough toilet paper, plates for more than 4 guests. No kichen towels.

Needs an update to bathroom to remove mould. Negative: The bathroom had mould in the ceiling. When I informed the host I received no response despite 2 follow ups

Lovely stay with character in an awesome location. Positive: The location was excellent, communication with the owner prompt and friendly. Apartment was simple but clean and perfect for what we needed. Negative: The kitchen facilities were a little light on… not enough bowls and cutlery and cooking utensils like strainers etc. probably great for a couple but we were a family of five.

Negative: 4박동안 수건이 인당 1장이어서 매일 세탁해야 했던 점. 매우 불편.

Very disappointing - downstairs kitchenette bad odour of chemicals and bathroom rundown

glad we only stayed a few days. Positive: Close to the harbour. Negative: Double bed too small for 2 adults. Old tired property. Scaffolding in outdoor area making it unsafe to use. Property manager even organised for us to let traddies in while we were there and wouldn't rearrange so we would wouldn't be inconvenienced.

The Rats at the Rocks Positive: The location Negative: Where do we start? Well let’s start with the master bedroom ok I get it that it’s a heritage house but it doesn’t mean you have to keep the same bed mattress from 1844 , I mean it had more springs than Inspector Gadget and seemed smaller than the kids beds I’m not 6ft tall and yet my feet were hanging off the edge. There is no bedside table but a tall cupboard right up against one side of the bed. It can’t be that hard to upgrade to a more comfortable bed, seriously? NEXT The bathroom was a poor layout , I mean, who puts a towel rail right next to the toilet and 10 cm above the toilet roll holder. We couldn’t use it once. The toilet was hard enough to use when you’re sitting on it basically against the wall . No simple facilities like toothbrush holder or hand towel holder and plenty of places that could accommodate them. Oh no, I forgot to mention the privacy of the bathroom wasn’t great with just obscure glass on wooden door, which wasn’t really obscured enough . NEXT The Kitchen- There were 4 of us that stayed (2 bdrm apartments), but they only provided 2 bowls and 3 forks? There were just enough spoons , knives, and plates, thank goodness. But very limited utensils ,pots, and pans, basically one frypan and one pot with a pot lid that didn’t fit either . And a toaster that wouldn’t fit a slice of bread because it was so small and smelt like it was going to catch on fire each time I used it. Also, there was tea provided, but there was some leftover instant coffee (about 3 spoons), but it was hard and stuck in the jar, probably older than the master bed. Luckily, there was a coffee pod machine, but of course, there were no pods( the owner must be so poor) But they did leave some used ones in the machine after I emptied our purchased ones in the bin, realising that there were more than just mine in the used pod compartment.How nice .

My friends left and went to a hotel Positive: The location Negative: It was dark and the kitchen dinner smelt damp.
