Discover Kingsford Sydney NSW Stay Positive: It was close to where we had to go for dance. When we had to travel north, the L3 line was not working from some stations, but there was a bus which was a bonus. Easy to get to the building. Close to iga and other shops. It was a quiet little apartment to stay in and would stay there again if in that area of Sydney again. It was very good communication between me and the owners throughout the stay. The bed was a bit hard, but we still had a good sleep. Negative: When we got there, I always looked in cupboards to see what was there. But when i opened the dishwasher, there was a glass still left in there. When I was going to have a cup of coffee, the mug was slightly dirty, so i washed it. When doing the dishes by hand, there was no tea-towel in the room. On the property, they should have signs on the door saying car park, then a map to get to the bin area. When waiting for the hot water to come from the kitchen and bathroom taps, I had to wait for a long time, and by thinking about it; it seemed like wasting water.

Exceptional Stay In Kingsford Positive: The location was just a few minutes walk from so many cafes, restaurants, tram, public transport etc. I am Asian so the Asian restaurants/food were such heaven-sent for me. I used Uber which was really easy to get. I love the apartment as I had the entire place to myself. The winning point for me was the washing machine & dryer. The host also provided EVERYTHING (washing powder, washing-up liquid, dish sponge, kithen towel, etc). There is also a ground floor balcony where one can hang laundry outside (if you don't want to use the dryer), greenery all around. The place is so calming, quiet and Steph (host) is so kind & helpful. I will come again to Kingsford (was here for a DJ gig in Sydney Roundhouse). LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Negative: NONE

overall, it was a good experience Positive: it was a brand new apartment and and clean Negative: there were only to bath towels for the entire duration and only one bathmat. there were no ironing facilities, cleaning equipment like a vacuum cleaner or broom and dustpans.

Did the trick for a few days, very basic, location is great for easy access to and from the airport. Positive: Great location Negative: Very noisy at the weekend due to numerous parities and cardboard walls. Not much you can do about that. Constant noise from the air duct, sounded like a pinball machine was annoying. Apartment overall was a bit stale, very basic but ok for a couple of nights. Floor was not the cleanest and bathroom had hairs from previous tenant. Could do with a vacuum and basic cleaning amenities like a kitchen cloth etc.
